I don't have time! Do you also think you don't have time? The smartphone vibrates and announces the next incoming e-mail, the brain switches to alarm. I have to see who sent me this message – what it says. The ego sucks on the bottle like a baby after its porridge. I might miss something. I am important! Why else, would anyone else email me?
How many emails are important and many are not? Globally, over 85% of all emails sent are spam, advertising, and the like. Most of the news that reaches us is therefore unimportant to harmful, apart from the fact that a life that takes place mainly on the digital track is harmful to health to a certain extent. Extrapolated, only every ninth or tenth e-mail contains a message that has a reasonably important character for us. This also means that we waste about 90% of our time communicating via digital messaging systems, such as the email client – literally!
Anyone who claims they don't have time is lying to themselves and others. Are you addicted to digital content, to the smartphone, the PC? Does pressing a button give you relief? Maybe you're closer to burnout than you think! Everyone has time to take care of their family and friends and themselves. I'll explain to them how to do that now.
The most important thing is discipline
If you want to cure yourself of the digital disease, you need not only discipline but also the insight that much of what you do digitally is harmful to you and those around you. You can easily measure how far the digital disease has progressed in your case. Do you open new messages after just a few seconds, or do you take a few minutes before you look at them? Do you come from one website to another, in your research or when you are looking for something, and find no end? Do you know your relaxation points? How much can you relax when you want to do something with your family, for example? How do you behave when someone wants something from you? How many hours a day do you spend on the screen of a digital device?
Prioritize
Separate the wheat from the chaff! Focus your energy on the most important points in your life. Become aware of what you still want to achieve. You don't lack time Really, they probably waste most of it on things that don't get you anywhere. Do you have goals that you want to achieve? If not, set some! Talk to your partner about it and focus on the points discussed.
Slowly but surely – digital fasting
The more the digital disease has afflicted you, the more difficult it can be to get rid of it. Of course, this also depends on your type/character/nature. Start with a slight withdrawal of 3 hours a day, for example. During this time, do not use any technical devices, look at e-mails or at a screen. Not even on a television picture and not on others. Haben Sie neue Nachrichten bereits nach wenigen Sekunden geöffnet , oder lassen Sie sich ein paar Minuten Zeit bevor Sie draufschauen? Kommen Sie von einer Webseite auf die andere, bei Ihren Recherchen oder wenn Sie etwas suchen, und finden kein Ende? Kennen Sie Ihre Entspannungspunkte? Wie sehr können Sie sich entspannen, wenn Sie beispielsweise etwas mit Ihrer Familie unternehmen möchten? Wie verhalten Sie sich, wenn jemand etwas von Ihnen will? Wie viele Stunden hängen Sie täglich am Bildschirm eines digitalen Geräts?
Priorität setzen
Die Spreu vom Weizen trennen! Fokusieren Sie Ihre Energie auf die wichtigsten Punkte in Ihrem Leben. Werden Sie sich darüber bewusst, was Sie noch erreichen möchten. Zeit, die Ihnen fehlt, fehlt Ihnen nicht Wirklich, sie verschwenden wahrscheinlich die meiste für Dinge, die Sie nicht weiterbringen.
Haben Sie Ziele, die Sie erreichen möchten? Falls nicht, setzen Sie sich welche!
Sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Partner darüber und fokusieren Sie die besprochenen Punkte an. Sortieren Sie alles aus, was Ihnen die Zeit raubt, um Ihre Ziele zu erreichen.

Beginnen Sie mit einem leichten Entzug von beispielsweise 3 Stunden täglich. In dieser Zeit nuten Sie keine technischen Geräte, schauen in keine E-Mails oder auf einen Bildschirm. Auch nicht auf ein Fernsehbild und nicht bei anderen.
Nach zwei Wochen steigern Sie die Technik- und digitalfreie Zeit auf 5 Stunden usw., bis Sie einen Punkt erreicht haben, an dem Sie sich so richtig wohl fühlen, und es Ihnen dennoch leicht fällt den Plan einzuhalten.
Sehr schnell werden Sie mehr Zeit für wirklich wichtige Dinge, Ihre Familie und Freunde zur Verfügung haben. Sie werden sich sehr bald viel besser fühlen. Sobald Ihnen auffällt, das Sie nicht mehr sagen "Ich habe keine Zeit", sind Sie geheilt.

The SoT (Sign of Trust) is a paper mill that deals with the installation, maintenance and visibility of a seal so that Internet users can have more confidence in the visible information there. A kind of confirmation of trust for websites and their operators. The administration is the responsibility of an international body formed by specially formed groups filled with neutral citizens. The aim of the SoT is to make the unregulated Internet, in which many self-proclaimed security services and large corporations are up to mischief, and the Internet and data processing are increasingly turning into a sewer, safe and trustworthy again.

Ich finde es immer wieder erschreckend, wie viele Personen es gibt, die so tun, als wären sie die Ersten, die etwas erkannt haben, und ultimative Wahrheitsüberbringer.
Im Bereich der Datenverarbeitung bin ich, ohne zu übertreiben, einer der Ersten, der vor Gefahren mit BigTech, Social Media, Online-Suchmaschinen und im Allgemeinen bei der Datenverarbeitung gewarnt hat. Als IT-Manager und Projektleiter, sowie Systemadministrator habe ich dennoch keinen Social-Media-Account. Ich nutze keine herkömmlichen Smartphones und telefoniere nur über sichere Leitungen. Ich nutze keine Clouddienste und auch keine Bankkarten. Die Langfassung kann ich Ihnen in einem Projekt verwirklichen, das Ihnen Ihre Freiheit wenigstens ein Stück zurückgibt!
Arbeitsverlust an KI, Amtsmissbrauch, Datendiebstahl, Internetzensur, mögliche Ursachen von Krankheiten, Juden und falsch deklarierte Schlagworte, Pharmaindustrie und zahlreiche weitere Themen sind bereits in meinen Büchern seit Langem nachzulesen.
Was ich überhaupt nicht mag, sind jene, die nicht mit anderen zusammenarbeiten wollen. Sei es aus Stolz, Eigennutz oder einem anderen niederen Grund. Leider habe ich sehr viele davon in der Aufklärerszene getroffen.

Ich frage mich, wie weit die menschliche Dummheit noch gehen wird.
Schauen wir uns die Gründe an, weshalb dies alles geschieht, dann wird das Ausmaß des Irrsinns noch deutlicher – Geld!
Ein von Menschen erfundenes Produkt versklavt seine Erfinder und schafft es mit deren Hilfe, jeden Tag unzählige Abscheulichkeiten zu generieren.
Letztendlich ist Geld für Gewalt, Krieg, Krankheit und fast alles Negative in unserer Welt der Auslöser, nicht aber die Ursache – die Ursache sind wir.
Wir täuschen uns täglich selbst:

• wenn wir behaupten, Aufklärer zu sein, und Ideen anderer als eigene darstellen,
• wenn wir uns als unabhängig bezeichen, aber Cloud-Dienste, Social Media und KI nutzen.
Die Liste ist schier endlos.
Auch aus diesen Gründen stelle ich mich auf keine Seite. Alle sind hauptsächlich auf Geld und Anerkennung aus, wollen auffallen, anstatt wirklich zu etwas verbessern. Kaum jemand ist zur Kommunikation fähig, geschweige denn zu erkennen, dass er sich selbst täuscht. ›Irrsinn der EGOlution‹.
In den letzten Jahren habe ich einige meiner Bücher an "auf1.tv", "kla.tv" und andere alternative Medien gesendet. Oft erschien kurze Zeit später ein Thema auf deren Webseite identisch zu einem meiner Bücher. Ich möchte niemandem etwas unterstellen, frage mich aber dennoch, woher sie diese Ideen nehmen. Zumindest würde ich einen Hinweis zum Autor erwarten ...
Beispiel: Vor ein paar Jahren schrieb ich an Hr. Magnet von "auf1.tv", dass sie sich einen RSS-Feed für ihre Webseite einrichten sollten. Zwei–drei Jahre später hörte ich in einem ihrer vLogs, auf1.tv hätte in weiser Voraussicht einen RSS-Feed eingerichtet.
Solche Aufklärer sind der Grund, weshalb ich ab sofort keine Informationen mehr versende!
Die Menschheit ist größtenteils weder körperlich noch geistig gesund. Die einen mehr als die anderen und einige so sehr, dass sie nicht mehr zu heilen sind.

Arbeitsverlust an KI, Amtsmissbrauch, Datendiebstahl, Internetzensur, mögliche Ursachen von Krankheiten, Juden und falsch deklarierte Schlagworte, Pharmaindustrie und zahlreiche weitere Themen sind bereits in meinen Büchern seit Langem nachzulesen.
Was ich überhaupt nicht mag, sind jene, die nicht mit anderen zusammenarbeiten wollen. Sei es aus Stolz, Eigennutz oder einem anderen niederen Grund. Leider habe ich sehr viele davon in der Aufklärerszene getroffen.

Since I always knew that the internet and data processing were designed to collect personal data, I don't use social media or supposedly free online services. I'm telling you this so that you won't be surprised that you can hardly find anything from me on the internet – that's exactly the point!
This underlines my professional way of working in information technology. In 1996 I started my first book with the title "Chaos IT", which I finally published with the title "Citizen – Somebody is watching you". It took me a few years to finish it. This reflects my workload for projects.
My book "Insanity of the EGOlution" can be seen as a complementary reading to "Citizen – Somebody is watching you!", but is not a second part. My clients come from all industrial sectors, but also from government institutions and universities. I have completed many large projects in the areas of data center migration, virtualization, development, installation and maintenance of Internet portals as well as with the writing of operating manuals. For data protection reasons, I have shortened the information on the projects considerably. Note that my tasks in the projects went far beyond what you read here. That's why I won't name any names.

Rely exclusively on real people, not on online channels that are fed with half-truths and copies and thus create nothing but mental confusion.
