Artificial intelligence is not magic. It is also not a miracle cure or something special. Artificial intelligence is not intelligent!
It's just a better way to manage and recombine data. More effective algorithms process existing mountains of data, in order to be able to master the man-made digital and data mania in the first place. Artificial incentives are being created to make AI palatable to citizens. AI requires vast amounts of data and energy to be further optimized. Since it is still in its early stages, the industry is dependent on user input. These are achieved by misrepresenting the technics.
Generative AI (gen-AI) creates combined data from existing data. Data entered and collected by Internet users over decades is used to display other content. Be it in the form of pictures, books, sound and video etc. It's a bit like someone cutting out parts of paintings by Monet, Picasso and Michelangelo and then gluing them together. Or copy pages and texts from different books and make them into another book. It doesn't matter how much is copied from a finished work, the fact is that it is copied!
Who ever told all the Internet users before they entered data that their data would be used to train AI? Where are the appropriate laws? Why don't they come into force before new data-compromising techniques are released?
The knowledge of the behavior of millions of people on the Internet plays into the hands of profit-greedy, narcissistic people and lets many people participate in their own, and the destruction of the earth!

Louis Melloy is a passionate IT-Expert. At school, he was particularly enthusiastic about mathematics, chemistry and physics.
After graduating from high school, he joined the Navy, where he worked on electronic devices, such as radar. His sure hand in dealing with mathematics and electronic devices was omnipresent and often gave him a special position.
In the 80s he organized LAN parties, put together computers for himself, friends and acquaintances. He researched and analyzed all the individual components down to the smallest detail before deciding on something. It is very likely that he was the first with the idea of opening an Internet café. He toyed with this idea at the end of the 80s, but did not do so, because he lacked the means at that time.
Since 1996 he has been working as a Project-Manager and Security-Consultant. Among the completed works are projects in the automotive industry, newspapers, banks, government institutions, insurance companies, airlines, rubber industry, semiconductor manufacturers, universities and many more.
He quickly realized that there were serious problems in information technology and developed his own framework, with which he has been organizing projects and improving areas since 2008.
After working for several years in information technology centers as an Administrator and Project-Collaborator, he went into self-employment. Due to his high quality work, which quickly got around, he did not have to wait long for customers. Projects in many areas of information technology were the result. Due to his penchant for security, rights and the associated processes and planning, he turned his attention more and more to the techniques behind them.
Among other things, he was responsible for complete data centers when the virtualization of the systems was pending or the rights structure for several thousand employees was worked out and mapped in the Active Directory. Many of his written strategies, instructions, project and other paper works are likely to serve as templates in many companies right today. His concentrated and detailed approach earned him nicknames such as ›Pitbull‹, ›Diamond‹ and ›The one who does not lose track‹.
Over the decades, he acquired large amounts of knowledge. For this and other reasons, he decided to write books to share his knowledge with others. It is important to him to keep everything as simple as possible, and not to neglect security, quality, effectiveness and privacy, for himself and others.
His enthusiasm has never diminished!
